Our hands-on design package offers a flat design fee for those who want to achieve the same level of design they see in their design inspiration photos and have the intention of executing the project management, furniture purchasing, installation and styling on their own. This service gives you the tools and resources needed to execute excellent design at a much lower investment.
Deborah, along with our experienced team will create a comprehensive design for your room within a 6-week timeframe. You will receive a complete design package for you to take action
with, and you can choose the pace at which you implement and invest in the furnishings selected.
Investment shown is for decoration of a space up to 350 square feet, or approximately a 15’ x 15’ room.
To bundle multiple spaces or design multi-function, or specialty* rooms contact us to determine your fee.
If your home is undergoing construction, a renovation or the project requires meetings with architects or contractors you are a Full-Service (link) client.

If you want more information & advice, book your 1.5 hour design consultation. By the end of our in-person consultation, you will receive an analysis of the design cost of your project as a flat fee, estimated levels of investment in furnishings and our fees for managing your project.
Typical design fees (not furnishings or project management fees) start at $5,000 - $10,000 per room.
